In 2013, she obtained the Master’s Degree in “Food Science and Technologies” at the University of Bologna. From 2013, she started an entrepreneurial activity by founding the startup Edo, together with three other colleagues. The purpose of Edo is to provide a tool, precisely an application for smartphone, that is able to make a nutritional evaluation of food products. In Edo, she holds the position of Chief Food Analyst: she is the supervisor of the evaluation algorithm, that is the core of Edo, and she takes care of contents published on social channels, like blog, website, social networks and the application itself.
