Since the mid-90s Alessandro Malacart has held roles as C-level and Board Member of several listed companies with a technological vocation, such as AISoftw@re (now Exprivia) and Inferentia (now FullSix). He is currently also a director of companies of the Smemoranda Group.For AlSoftw@re, Inferentia and Digital Magics was responsible for the listing process. He has developed a solid experience in the management, organizational and financial direction of companies, including multinational ones, both in the ordinary field and for M&A, restructuring, public and private offering operations.
In 2012 he joined the Board of Directors of Digital Magics, and held the position of co-CEO.
On 30 November 2015 he was appointed CEO of Digital Magics for Corporate & Finance.
On December 12, 2017, Alessandro Malacart was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Digital Magics, with responsibilities that include the management of all ordinary and extraordinary finance transactions.
