Federica is an associate partner in Digital Magics having joined the team in 2022. She started her career in venture capital, in 2015, in AIFI, Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt. After an experience in the corporate world, in 2018 she become the Head of the Startup Town Project of Assolombarda, where she planned and ensured the execution of the project, assisted the associated startups, supported their business development and maintained relationships with investors, mentors and corporates. She then joined the Corporate Venture Capital of Reale Group as a Corporate Venturing Specialist, where she managed all phases of the investment process for target companies and supported startups in the portfolio following which she Joined CDP Equity’s Investment Partners and Fundraising team.
Federica holds a degree in Management from the Sapienza University of Rome and a Master of Science in Finance and Marketing from LIUC – Carlo Cattaneo University. She graduated with an Executive Master in Finance, Corporate Finance and Banking Transformation, from SDA Bocconi.
