Digital Magics <\/strong>was founded in 2003, and as of 2008 it has operated as an incubator for innovative startups, which offer content and services with high technological value.<\/p>\n

In July 2013 Digital Magics was listed on AIM Italy, <\/strong>market dedicated to Italian SMEs with high growth potential, organised and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange (symbol: DM).<\/p>\n

Digital Magics is a business incubator<\/em>: it builds and develops digital business, guiding the founders of startups and providing acceleration services. Therefore, it supports startups on an industrial scale in order to create successful projects.<\/p>\n

Digital Magics designs and develops Open Innovation programs in order to support Italian companies in the innovation of processes, services and company products thanks to the technology provided by startups, creating a strategic bridge between the companies and the entire ecosystem of digital startups.<\/p>\n

DIGITAL MAGICS, TALENT GARDEN AND TAMBURI INVESTMENT PARTNERS CREATE THE MOST IMPORTANT ITALIAN INNOVATION HUB FOR THE DIGITAL \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcMADE IN ITALY\u00e2\u20ac\u2122<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In 2015 Digital Magics signed two strategic agreements with Talent Garden<\/strong>, the coworking network for professionals in the digital sector, a leader in Italy and Europe with over 23 campuses, and Tamburi Investment Partners (TIP)<\/strong>, the first independent Italian investment-merchant bank. The agreements were aimed at the construction of the most important hub for the Italian innovation by supporting the Italian digital talents from conception up to the IPO. Digital Magics supports the development of Talent Garden by moving towards the opening of new campuses in Italy and Europe. In the coworking campuses Talent Garden are active training courses for students, new graduates, professionals, companies and startups, provided by TAG Innovation School, the school dedicated to the digital sector by Talent Garden, and also the incubation and Open Innovation services managed by Digital Magics.<\/p>\n

STARTIP: 100 MILLION EUR FOR THE DIGITAL SECTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2017 Tamburi Investment Partners, Digital Magics\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 majority shareholder, announced the birth of StarTIP Srl, which plans to invest up to 100 million EUR in companies and projects in the areas of startups, digital field and innovation. The initiative is designed to accelerate the development prospects of the best startups, which will find a solid partner in StarTIP, starting with those in the portfolio of Digital Magics.<\/p>\n

A UNIQUE REALITY IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY IN ITALY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Digital Magics represents a real ‘business booster’, not only for the companies already in the portfolio, but also for new startups: Digital market expertise, the resources derived from the exercise of the Warrants during the First Exercise period, that occurred in October 2017 together with the resources provided by StarTIP \u00e2\u20ac\u201c up to 100 million Euro\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s dedicated to investments in successful initiatives, starting with those of Digital Magics. The industrial alliance between Digital Magics and Talent Garden (owned at 10%) is becoming more and more strategic. Digital Magics is currently following and supporting Talent Garden in its internationalisation strategy.<\/p>\n

In 2016, the most important national innovation platform expands, with the arrival of Danilo Iervolino into the share capital of Digital Magics. Danilo Iervolino is the Founder and President of Universit\u00c3\u00a0 Telematica\u00c2\u00a0Pegaso and Universitas Mercatorum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Also in 2016, the hub for innovation by Digital Magics, Talent Garden and TIP was joined by new allies: Innogest<\/strong>, one of the leading venture capital funds and Withfounders<\/strong>, a seed accelerator. Innogest entered the share capital of Digital Magics and Digital Magics became the first partner of Withfounders for the development and investment in innovative digital startups.<\/p>\n
